1. About This Policy
1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how Cashcows Labs Ltd. ("CashCows", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on cash-cows.com, app.cash-cows.com and our mobile applications.
1.2 It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly what personal information we collect and what rights you hold over it.
1.3 By "cookies" we mean cookies and the technologies that behave like them: local storage, session storage, pixels and tracking beacons, software development kits embedded in our apps, and device fingerprinting signals. We refer to them all as cookies for simplicity.
2. What Cookies Are
2.1 A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site recognise your device on a later visit, remember what you did, and keep you signed in between pages.
2.2 First-party cookies are set by CashCows. Third-party cookies are set by another company whose service we have embedded, such as an analytics or video provider.
2.3 Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them; the tables in section 5 give the lifespan of each.
3. Categories We Use

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering a secure, working service. All other categories are used only with your consent, which we collect through the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
4. Your Choices and How to Change Them
4.1 On your first visit you will see a cookie banner offering three options: accept all, reject all non-essential, or manage preferences to choose category by category. Rejecting non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them.
4.2 You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer or in your account settings. Changes take effect immediately for future collection.
4.3 We record the consent you give — including the date, the version of this policy, and the categories you selected — so that we can demonstrate it. Where consent is required, we re-ask at least every twelve (12) months, and sooner if we introduce a materially new purpose.
4.4 Rejecting functional, analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using the platform. Some conveniences, such as remembering your language, will not persist between visits.

6. Third-Party Cookies and Embedded Content
6.1 Some pages contain content served by other companies. When you view that content, the provider may set its own cookies, which we do not control.
6.2 The farm livestream is restreamed through a third-party video platform. Loading the player may set cookies used for playback quality, bandwidth adaptation and viewing measurement.
6.3 Where our pages embed social media content or link to our channels, those platforms may set cookies under their own policies. The same applies to blockchain explorers you reach from the platform.
6.4 We list third-party providers in Cookie Settings with a link to each provider's own privacy notice. We encourage you to read them, because your relationship on those cookies is with the provider, not with us.
7. Browser and Device Controls
7.1 Independently of our banner, you can control cookies in your browser — blocking all cookies, blocking third-party cookies only, deleting cookies already stored, or browsing in a private window. Each browser explains this in its own help pages.
7.2 Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the platform. This is a technical consequence, not a restriction we impose.
7.3 On mobile devices you can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your operating system settings, which reduces cross-app tracking.
7.4 We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends it, treating it as a request to reject non-essential cookies. Because the older Do Not Track header is not consistently interpreted across the industry, we do not rely on it, and we recommend using Global Privacy Control or our own Cookie Settings instead.
8. Personal Information and Your Rights
8.1 Some cookies collect information that can identify you, either alone or combined with other information. Where that is the case, the information is handled as personal information under our Privacy Policy.
8.2 This means you may request access to it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw the consent you gave. Section 12 of the Privacy Policy explains how, and we answer within thirty (30) days.
8.3 Analytics and marketing information collected through cookies is retained for no longer than the lifespans listed in section 5, and is deleted or aggregated beyond identification at the end of that period.
9. Changes and Contact
9.1 We may update this policy as we add or remove technologies. Where a change introduces a materially new purpose, we will ask for your consent again before that purpose takes effect.
9.2 The effective date shown at the top of this document always identifies the current version. Previous versions are available on request.
